What is KYC and what information is needed?

As a project, we have clear goals and commitments with you. This is why, through KYC (Know Your Customer) or identity validation, we ensure to enter into a reciprocity agreement with you, where both parties are obligated and committed to fulfilling our obligations and thus successfully achieve the project's goals. For this purpose, we use an identity confirmation system through a photograph of your face and your ID along with the signing of a contract with the terms and conditions of the membership. Note that a human team is responsible for validating your identity and suitability to be part of the community. From the moment you send the KYC until the subsequent validation or invalidation, it can take up to 24 hours.

During the review of your data, it may result in invalidation for several factors, the most common being poor photo quality, which prevents proper data validation. For this or any other reason, do not worry, you will receive an email with the exact reason for your invalidation and you will have the opportunity to correct the errors sent by the validation team as many times as necessary.
